How does LEGO® Serious Play® work?

Building Answers

In a LEGO® Serious Play® session, every participant has a selection of LEGO® bricks.

The sessions start with an introduction to the method followed by a practice build and then participants are asked to build their answer to a question.

Asking the Right Questions

The questions are the core of the session and are tailor made for your session and what they look like will depend on your goals.

After each participant has built their answer, everybody shares their idea, their insights, their story.

Good answers depend on good questions, which is why setting the right questions is the foundation of a successful LEGO® Serious Play® session.
